- Ordered goods are the property of inChaNet s.r.o. until full payment
- inChaNet s.r.o. reserves the right to change the design, retail price, some functions and features of the product in the period between its order and delivery, in which case the customer is always informed
- We are able to partially modify some of our products according to customer requirements
Delivery
- The goods are always sent on working days within 48 hours of receipt of order
- A larger quantity of ordered goods is sent by agreement
- The collection of your goods is possible by prior agreement at our company address
- A free delivery service is available to Czech and Slovak customers, we shall dispatch your goods by Czech Post
- A international delivery is arranged with a specific customer
Returns and Warranty
- In the event of defective product, please contact us immediately, preferably by phone or e-mail

- You will not find a complaint protocol here – we always solve possible defects for a period of 4 years (often also in the field), individually according to customer needs, it helps us with product development
